Cookie Policy

Like most websites, the Mathematics Genealogy Project uses cookies to create the best user experience.

Our use of cookies is quite limited. Cookies are used to pass some information from page to page as you visit our site, which makes it possible to use the update link at the bottom of an individual mathematician's page to obtain a prepopulated form to edit. We also use a cookie to store your name and email address if you use our data submission form. This allows you to complete the data submission form several times in one session without needing to fill in your name and email address each time. We use Google Analytics for general information on visits to the website, and this requires the use of cookies.
